Chelsea Whyte

Registered Psychotherapist (RP), M.Ed.

I'm so glad you're here.

For as long as I can remember, I have been in awe of what the human mind is capable of.

I enjoy working with school-aged children, teens and adults using individual and relational therapy modalities to help build healthy relationships and minds.

As a lifelong learner, I engage in ongoing training and professional development to better my practice and stay up-to-date in the field.

As your therapist, I hope that you feel heard, cared for, and ready for meaningful change. My style is both directive and non-directive - in other words, I believe in leading and following in sessions. I will ask your preference and go from there!

As a genuine extrovert, I truly value time spent with others and hearing their stories. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me crafting, painting, or walking in the woods with my pup!
