I aim to give youth the tools to share what they are feeling and I achieve this through the techniques of empathic attunement, social skills training, mindfulness and cognitive behaviour therapy.

HOW IT WORKS

Each session is 50 minutes in length
​
When working with clients under age 12, I believe it’s important for the parents or guardians to be involved in the process as much as possible. This will support conversations and strategies learned in therapy to continue outside of sessions. I invite you to join in the session for the last 15-20 minutes to go over tips, ideas and make sure everyone is on the same page.
