I am passionate about providing a space where you feel understood, comfortable, and connected. A place where you can be vulnerable and authentic, as we explore some of life's messy feelings. Together, we will work towards fostering your emotional resilience, communication skills, and adaptive coping strategies.

HOW IT LOOKS
Each individual session is 50 minutes in length, for as many sessions as you need. You set the pace for our work together. There's no right or wrong way to do therapy. Typically, clients start more frequently (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) than gradually space out their visits (e.g., monthly or as needed) as we progress.

In our first intake meeting, we'll uncover what brought you to my office and your goals for therapy. From there, we will come up with a customized treatment plan that suits your individual needs.
I like to regularly check-in with my clients to ensure they are getting what they need from our work together, and invite you to offer feedback so I can provide the best possible care. Depending on your preferences, I often provide my clients with materials and resources that they can utilize in between sessions to further support the work we are doing.
