Hi! I'm Chelsea. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario here in Ottawa. I love helping adults, children and teens navigate their feelings, find their voice and become empowered to heal.
My educational background includes an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa, and a B.A. in Psychology from Carleton University. I have experience working in private practice, community and educational settings.

I work from an eclectic style of therapy, drawing from multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches. These include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), among many others. I incorporate many aspects of mindfulness, self-compassion and positive psychology into our sessions together. My practice is always client-centred, with skills and techniques tailored to suit your individual needs and goals.
