human first,
therapist second ···

For as long as I can remember, I have been in awe of what the human mind is capable of.

Since becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, I've enjoyed working with youth and adults using individual and relational therapy modalities to help build healthy relationships and minds. As a lifelong learner, I engage in ongoing training and professional development to better my practice and stay up-to-date in the field.

As your therapist, I hope that you feel heard, cared for, and ready for meaningful change. My style is both directive and non-directive - in other words, I believe in leading and following in sessions. I will ask your preference and go from there!

As a genuine extrovert, I truly value time spent with others and hearing their stories. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me spending time with my little family, crafting, or walking in the woods with my pup!
