human first,
therapist second ···

For as long as I can remember, I have been in awe of what the human mind is capable of.

Since becoming a Registered Psychotherapist, I've enjoyed working with youth and adults using individual and relational therapy modalities to help build healthy relationships and minds. As a lifelong learner, I engage in ongoing training and professional development to better my practice and stay up-to-date in the field.

As your therapist, I hope that you feel heard, cared for, and ready for meaningful change. My style is both directive and non-directive - in other words, I believe in leading and following in sessions. I will ask your preference and go from there!

As a genuine extrovert, I truly value time spent with others and hearing their stories. When I'm not in session, you can usually find me spending time with my little family, crafting, reading a book, or walking in the woods with my pup!
